🚀 Technical Team Lead Python Engineer | High-Performance Trading Systems

We’re hiring a Technical Team Lead to take ownership of the systems behind sophisticated, real-time sports trading and execution strategies.
You’ll lead a team of 2-5 developers, building and optimising:
- Automated trading and execution strategies
- Trading UIs that visualise complex, fast-moving situations
- Robust risk and exposure controls
- Libraries and tooling used by developers, quants and traders
- Scalable systems designed for speed, flexibility and accuracy

We’re looking for:
- 5+ years in software development with strong Python expertise
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience
- Experience designing robust solutions to complex real-world problems
- A pragmatic, collaborative approach to architecture and delivery
