The Role
Lead a team of exceptional minds, dedicated to solving most complex challenges through technology. You'll spearhead a team of world-class engineers with backgrounds from top Quant Funds & FANG.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience
- Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of financial markets and risk concepts
- Experience with data processing and analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas)
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial risk management systems or trading platforms
- Knowledge of quantitative finance or financial mathematics
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with web frameworks (Flask, Django) and front-end technologies
- Background in high-performance computing or distributed systems
