The Package
- £40,000–£50,000 base (DOE)
- Uncapped commission
- EOT tax-free profit share bonus
- Free parking + strong annual leave
The Role
You'll manage large existing accounts and grow it organically. You'll run your own BD pipeline, manage a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, and work directly with the MD. The clients are Facilities Managers, Heads of Engineering, and senior leaders across construction and housing.

What We Need
- 5+ years' billing experience in technical recruitment (construction, M&E, surveying, or FM)
- Real knowledge of the M&E or surveying market
- Comfortable in senior commercial conversations
