The Role

A dynamic recruiter who thrives on building trust and delivering exceptional results. You’ll:

  • Nurture a deeply engaged network of Marketing clients and candidates
  • Sustain strong client relationships while proactively expanding opportunities
    • Unlocking hidden potential for market share growth
  • Drive a full-cycle recruitment process with critical thinking
  • Align business activity with ROI, sharing thought leadership where needed
  • Master high-stakes negotiations under pressure
  • Work collaboratively to hit targets—leaders lead by doing!
  • Act as a brand ambassador for 11 Investments, reinforcing our reputation
  • Mentor juniors by demonstrating excellence in work ethic and adherence to values
  • Support the manager with training, pivoting cover roles, and company initiatives
