The Role
A dynamic recruiter who thrives on building trust and delivering exceptional results. You’ll:
- Nurture a deeply engaged network of Marketing clients and candidates
- Sustain strong client relationships while proactively expanding opportunities
- Unlocking hidden potential for market share growth
- Drive a full-cycle recruitment process with critical thinking
- Align business activity with ROI, sharing thought leadership where needed
- Master high-stakes negotiations under pressure
- Work collaboratively to hit targets—leaders lead by doing!
- Act as a brand ambassador for 11 Investments, reinforcing our reputation
- Mentor juniors by demonstrating excellence in work ethic and adherence to values
- Support the manager with training, pivoting cover roles, and company initiatives
