The Department

Our Women’s First Team compete in the Barclays Women's Super League, the highest league in the country for professional women's football. We are proud of the growth we’ve achieved as a team. As we continue our journey and build for the future, we are focusing our efforts on having the right resources in place to support our ambitious vision: nurturing, encouraging, and developing talent – and establishing ourselves as a leading force in women’s football.

The Role

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving performance, maximising our players' availability and shaping our rehabilitation standards to ensure our players are reaching their maximum potential.

Working as a Lead Rehabilitation Physiotherapist - you will lead the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of injured players, delivering a physiotherapy service that supports both player health and performance, alongside the long-term development objectives for the Women’s First Team. Through combining elite clinical skills with on-pitch rehabilitation methods, you will ensure players progress safely and effectively back into full training and competition. • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
