Lead Respiratory and Sleep Physiologist
37.5 hours per week | Permanent
Salary: £57,528 - £64,750 per annum

About the Role
Work in partnership with the Clinical Service Manager for Physiological Sciences to uphold the delivery of exceptional patient care in respiratory and sleep physiology, encompassing both routine and advanced services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply specialist expertise in Respiratory and Sleep Sciences, including:
- CPET (Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing)
- Oxygen Therapy
- Pulmonary Function Testing
- Independently perform investigations for adult and paediatric patients, adhering to departmental quality standards, protocols, and clinical autonomy guidelines.
- Deliver analytical interpretations and reports of investigations.
- Role modelling: Ensure high standards of practice and mentor junior colleagues within the Physiological Sciences Department.
