JOB TITLE: Lead Sales Manager – Production & Content ABOUT THE ROLE

A BRIEF SUMMARY The Lead Sales Manager at Gravity Media identifies new market opportunities in the production, content and corporate arena as well as providing a bridge between the company and our clients – understanding what they need, making sure we deliver effective solutions, and bringing projects in on budget. Key is ensuring alignment across all teams and maintaining client satisfaction, which drives business growth and success.

Working location: High Wycombe Weekly hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Reporting to: Sales Director Role type: Full-time, permanent

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Key focus to identify new opportunities and new customers and help identify production opportunities to be fulfilled by Gravity Media; this includes traditional sports production, brand and sponsorship opportunities and short form/digital content. Working with the content and production teams and supporting the Creative Director in winning new business To maintain and develop client relationships especially in Production and Content. Communicate clearly with clients, providing regular budget updates and cost approvals. Manage RFP processes for a variety of projects, including negotiations and stakeholder management. Improve DM/GM and profitability of the Non-Contract and Sport/Entertainment portfolio. Collaborate with the Technical team for product demonstrations and innovations. Negotiate with suppliers for maximum profitability on Third Party items. Support continuous improvement of sales processes. Provide reports on customer needs, issues, and opportunities for marketing and product development. Qualify and prioritise deals to maximise sales efficiency. Advise Technical Managers on budget limitations and revenue opportunities. Liaise with internal departments to ensure optimal service and options for client productions.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF · You thrive on building new and strong relationships, solving problems and driving results · You can manage priorities maintaining clear and effective communication, whilst bringing a deep understanding of sales processes, technical systems and production workflows to every project · You have proven experience in a Sales or similar client-facing commercial role, ideally within broadcast, media, production, or related industries, with demonstrable experience managing RFP processes, bids, and complex negotiations · You have experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability (DM/GM) · You have a track record of developing and growing key client accounts · You have highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly · You have strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favourable commercial outcomes · You are resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · You have a collaborative approach, working effectively across technical, operational, and commercial teams
