Lloyd’s Leading Insurance and Reinsurance Marketplace

Lloyd’s is the world’s leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace, bringing together the world’s leading risk takers to advance global progress. Our strategy is focused on delivering strong underwriting performance, operating an efficient and flexible marketplace, and maximising the capital advantage of the Lloyd’s market — while continuing to build a Lloyd’s we are proud of. How we deliver this, matters. We take the risk, make things happen, and own the outcome — working together across our global network to turn insight into impact.

Lloyd’s is Seeking to Recruit x2 Lead Service Architects (Corporation)

You’ll provide clear architectural leadership across Finance, Risk, Legal and HR. You’ll help these functions operate efficiently, predictably and with confidence. You’ll align strategy and technology, simplify complex application landscapes, and ensure solutions are robust, compliant and fit for purpose. All while helping Lloyd’s remain a disciplined, efficient and trusted global insurance marketplace.

There’s never been a more exciting time to join us. As we deliver our Advance and Protect strategy, you’ll help modernise how the world’s leading insurance market operates. You’ll reduce friction through smarter platforms and data, enable risk‑based oversight, and create foundations for innovation at scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
