ServiceNow Architect
You will define the platform architecture, guide development teams, design complex technical solutions, and contribute to the implementation of high-quality, scalable ServiceNow applications and integrations. This role is suited to someone who has Telecommunications experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across TSM, TSOM, CSM, and CMDB.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
- Lead the design and implementation of workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and custom applications where required.
- Architect and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Design TSOM capabilities including Event Management, alarm correlation, service mapping, service health, and operational workflows.
- Deliver CSM solutions including Case Management, Customer Workspace, Entitlements, Knowledge Management, and SLA management.
- Design and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), ensuring accurate modelling of business services, technical services, applications, and Configuration Items (CIs).
- Review and approve solution designs, providing technical oversight for High-Level and Low-Level Designs while mentoring developers throughout delivery.
- Establish CI/CD, source control, update set governance, release management, and environment strategies across development, testing, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimise platform performance, and provide architectural guidance on custom development and integrations.

- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, bonus if you have Architect experience.
- Strong experience designing and developing solutions across TSM, TSOM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Advanced JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal or Employee Center.
- Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), including service modelling, relationships, and data governance.
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers.
