The Accenture Software & Platform Engineering team comprises 1,000+ engineers dedicated to delivering end-to-end product engineering solutions that create value efficiently and at scale. Serving clients from start-ups to National and international enterprises, public sector organisations, and scale-ups, we build systems reaching millions of users daily.

Responsibilities
Client Solutions
You’ll collaborate closely with clients to build high-quality digital products, leading and executing end-to-end projects with technical oversight. Expect a varied scope, including experience across new domains and modern tech stacks.
- Propose efficient, low-complexity solutions with a focus on value.
- Advocate for collaborative working methods that optimise performance.
Engineering Leadership
Drive technical excellence within a team, ensuring teams deliver high standards and career growth.
- Lead daily engineering efforts, setting the technical roadmap.
- Mentor, coach, and guide engineers with structured feedback and tailored development.
Internal & Regional Engineering Impact
Expand your career by contributing to regional engineering strategies, sharing insights, and learning from diverse problem-solving approaches.
Key Experience Requirements
Technical Expertise
- Years of experience: Several years as a Java-focused full-stack engineer, with strong front-end experience using React, Angular, or Vue.
- End-to-end development: Proven ability to design, implement, deploy, and support software from concept through production.
- Cloud & DevOps:
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Expertise in deploying, operating, and maintaining live AWS environments using Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi.
- Infrastructure as Code for scalable, repeatable deployments.
- CI/CD: Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining automated pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Engineering excellence: Consistent standards in accessibility, security, performance, and caching across the stack.
