The Role

  • Lead the design and development of complex, scalable desktop applications
  • Drive technical excellence and best practices within the team
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
  • Ensure high-quality code through robust testing and code reviews
