You will spearhead the technical delivery of high-stakes AI projects within the Energy and Environment sector. What You Will Do
- Design and develop production-grade, scalable backend APIs and ML systems across major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Act as a technical lead for high-risk software projects, taking full ownership of architectural decisions and delivery outcomes for global energy clients.
- Mentor multiple engineers and managers while contributing to shared organizational libraries and improved engineering methodologies across the company.
The ideal candidate
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and extensive experience building and deploying scalable backend SaaS products and infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and guiding senior stakeholders through complex architectural rationales and AI strategies.
- Background or strong interest in the Energy sector, with a solid understanding of how to turn innovative ML concepts into practical, measurable outcomes.
