You will spearhead the technical delivery of high-stakes AI projects within the Energy and Environment sector. Balancing deep technical expertise in Python and cloud architecture with leadership, you will design scalable backend APIs and robust ML systems. What You Will Do

  • Design and develop production-grade, scalable backend APIs and ML systems across major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Act as a technical lead for high-risk software projects, taking full ownership of architectural decisions and delivery outcomes for global energy clients.
  • Mentor multiple engineers and managers while contributing to shared organizational libraries and improved engineering methodologies across the company.

The ideal candidate

  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and extensive experience building and deploying scalable backend SaaS products and infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and guiding senior stakeholders through complex architectural rationales and AI strategies.
  • Background or strong interest in the Energy sector, with a solid understanding of how to turn innovative ML concepts into practical, measurable outcomes.
