What You’ll Be Doing
-Focus will be on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems -Key projects include:
- Building REST APIs
- Engineering microservices
- Evolving core systems such as card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, and crypto liquidity -Technical stack:
- Java 25 for backend development
- Postgres database
- Spring Boot for rapid and high-quality delivery -Our development approach:
- Emphasis on clean code, maintainability, and fast turnaround
- Utilising TDD (Test-Driven Development), DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
- Commitment to CI/CD (Continuous Integration & Delivery)
What You’ll Need
- Demonstrable experience in Backend development, with fluency in Java
- Bachelor's Degree (or above) in:
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Physics, or other Engineering/ Science disciplines
- A quick learner with:
- An ambitious and results-driven personality
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency, both verbal and written)
- Strong track record of building complex products used by millions during hypergrowth stages in startups
