Lead Software Engineer – Central London – Javascript / Swift – £120,000 + Benefits
Hybrid: 2–3 Days in office
Lead Software Engineer, with strong Javascript and ideally Swift API skills is required by a market-leading software firm to join its high-performing software engineering team in Central London.
This is a hands-on role combining coding with a focus on designing scalable, secure, and performant systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and design of complex software solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and guide technical decision-making.
- Drive best practices across architecture, code quality, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven background as a Lead Software Engineer
- Strong experience with modern Javascript development, ES6
- Strong experience working with APIs
- Strong Swift skills
- Exposure to Swift Vapor or Swift API development nice to have but not essential
- Experience with Typescript or Angular
- Experience in small or mid-sized software companies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
