Product Engineer
£80-110,000
UK (remote with occasional travel UK/Europe)
AI Based Product Development 0 ->1
Here you will work at the forefront of AI and product development, from use case to production, in global scale IT ecosystems.
This role is about creating real world measurable value, out of new product development. You'll work on AI orchestration, integrations into complex tech stacks, security considerations, full back end systems design and building agentic capabilities.

The Experience We Seek
- Extensive software engineering experience in large enterprise scale organisations
- Back end bias (full stack ideal) with strong database knowledge, API and integrations, orchestration layer, and AI engineering (LLM, RAG..)
- A broad experience of various tech stacks and architectures - you'll likely have a java/python or similar strength but language isn't important as much as your ability to build to user advantage
- The key skills sought are product definition and value creation, a constant alignment to the purpose and success criteria
- Ability to communicate clearly with IT and business colleagues / customers
