Lead Software Engineer (Frontend / Backend / Full Stack)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000 + Excellent Benefits

What Do I Need?
Must-Have Experience:
- Strong commercial experience with Java, C#, Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Frontend development using React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience building secure, accessible, and high-performing applications
- Previous experience leading software engineering teams and mentoring developers

Desirable Experience:
- NoSQL technologies such as Elasticsearch
- Debugging and resolving complex technical issues
- Leading the delivery of technical projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Security Clearance:
Requires SC clearance, meaning:
- 5 years of continuous UK address history
- Typically, no periods of 30+ consecutive days spent outside the UK
