Role Summary
The Supplier Relations and Sourcing Lead is a strategic role within the Sourcing and Commercial Operations team, driving supplier partnerships and sourcing initiatives to deliver:

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Science
- Engineering
- Any related discipline MBA preferred
Critical Skills & Experience
Essential Experience

5+ years’ experience in:
- Retail sourcing
- Consulting
- Pharmaceuticals
- FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Proven track record in:
- Supplier/category/contract management
- Financial analysis
