Every bridge, retaining wall and stretch of highway has a story to tell. We're looking for someone who knows how to read it.
At Lucion, we don't just inspect infrastructureāwe help protect the people who use it every day. As our next Lead Structures Surveyor, you'll head up investigations, lead talented teams and deliver the technical insight that keeps some of the UK's most important infrastructure safe, compliant and performing at its best.

š What's the Role?
Think less "same site, same routine" and more bridges one day, highways the next, solving real engineering challenges every step of the way.
You'll be leading surveys and investigations across the UK, working with major contractors, highway authorities and engineering consultants on projects that genuinely make a difference.
You'll Be
- Leading structural inspections and investigations
- Delivering highway condition and pavement surveys
- Managing trial pit investigations
- Carrying out asbestos surveys within infrastructure environments
- Producing accurate technical data and reports
- Leading, coaching and supporting Surveyors and Technicians
- Building trusted relationships with clients
- Championing health, safety and quality on every project

- Can spot a structural issue before most people have even noticed there's a structure.
You'll Probably Have Experience In
- Structural inspections and investigations
- Concrete testing and assessment
- Pavement surveys
- Infrastructure or building investigations
But Just As Importantly, You'll Be Someone Who
- ā Leads by example.
- ā Enjoys mentoring others and sharing knowledge.
- ā Stays calm when projects get busy.
- ā Takes pride in producing work that's right first time.
- ā Builds great relationships with clients and colleagues.
- ā Believes health and safety is never an afterthought.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be travelling to projects across the country.
