Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Stylist within our George eCommerce studio, working on both model and still-life styling. This full-time, onsite role (5 days per week) requires delivering commercially strong, brand-aligned styling for high-volume fashion shoots. Experience in a management capacity is beneficial, as this role will also oversee the styling team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve George’s online styling identity, ensuring consistency, strong commercial performance, and alignment with brand values across all outputs.
  • Apply a bold, creative styling approach while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment, with strict adherence to accuracy and consistency.
  • Meet daily shoot targets while upholding a high standard of styling, minimising reshoots through close collaboration with the wider team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each product—key selling points, key areas of focus, and care instructions.
  • Proactively monitor current trends, competitor activity and trade trends, sharing insights to inform team decisions.
  • Work closely with the Samples Manager to organise clothing, sequence outfits by shoot schedule, and ensure garments are steamed, fitted and pinned correctly.
  • Take full responsibility for studio and wardrobe organisation, maintenance, and upkeep.
  • Ensure a consistent and organised workflow, meeting or exceeding daily targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to client style guides and contribute to keeping them relevant and current.
  • Problem-solve quickly during live shoots, making confident, live-decision-making under pressure.
  • Partner with Production teams to optimize workflow efficiency, reduce reshoot risks, and refine processes.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Samples Lead with sample processing when needed.
  • Assist with additional social and campaign styling as required.
  • Lead and manage the styling team, including:
    • Recruitment
    • Performance appraisals
    • Regular skill assessments and guidance
    • Day-to-day supervision

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
