About the Team
The Finance team comprises 13 people split around 4 pillars: FP&A, Finance Operations, Controlling, and Legal. As part of the Controlling Team, you'll be involved with Typeform's accounting, treasury, compliance, and tax functions, focusing on the systems and resulting financial flows for accounting. About the Role
As the Lead Systems Accountant, you will be instrumental in driving the reliability and efficiency of our financial systems. You will manage our suite of finance-related systems, ensuring seamless data flow between our subscriptions management system, tax platforms, payment gateways, ERP (NetSuite), and planning system (Pigment).

Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate and timely financial data, which is essential for informed business decision-making.
Things you will do
- Own the Finance related systems spanning our subscriptions management system (Chargebee) interacting with tax platforms such as Avalara, and payment gateways through to our ERP (NetSuite) and our Planning system. Own the API interfaces and related tools (Workado) to ensure complete and accurate data transfer between these systems.
- Review daily the audit logs across these systems and ensure effective logical access controls are in place.
- Review and maintain all financial systems policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and financial staff to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and fix finance-related system issues.
- Train and support finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures.

- Proven experience in a Systems role within the Finance function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Additional Competencies (Nice to Have)
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Chargebee
- Background in SaaS/subscription-based businesses
- Knowledge of Spanish tax and regulatory environments
