Lead Talent Specialist - Remote (UK Based - Candidate-Focused role, US Market)
At Daisy Recruit, finding great candidates is what drives our business. It is the fundamental element of everything we do.

This is a ‘180’ role. Are you an expert at finding and engaging the very best candidates, those who usually don’t engage with recruiters? Are you someone who does not thrive in a ‘360’, Business Development heavy role, but loves to unearth the best talent on the market and match them with industry leading clients, streamlining the process as you do so?
This could be the role for you.
We specialise in the US Accounting sector, partnering with clients ranging from Top 500's to regional firms.
2 years+ of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience required (as a minimum). 1st Year OTE: £60,000-£90,000

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role
As our Lead Talent Specialist, your core focus will be the heartbeat of the company: Sourcing.
We are looking for someone who is truly fantastic at the sourcing element of recruitment. You will unearth top-tier talent, and help build the blueprint for our delivery function as the team expands.
What you won't have to worry about: Cold business development. The incoming pipeline and client acquisition are fully taken care of for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute High-Level Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent for a rapidly expanding portfolio of clients.
- Set the Standard: Lead by example. As an early, vital hire, you will help establish the delivery benchmarks, processes, and culture for our future team.
- Manage Inbound Client Interaction: While active BD is taken care of, clients may occasionally reach out to you directly with job specifications, candidate feedback, or interview requests.
About You
- A Sourcing Expert: You love the thrill of the chase. You know how to find and engage passive candidates, build talent pools, and truly understand what makes a great match.
- Quality-Driven: You believe that exceptional candidate delivery is the best form of business growth.
- Ambitious: You are excited by the prospect of joining a fast-growing agency early on and helping shape a team that will grow significantly over the next year and a half.
- Analytical: You thrive in the details and you are naturally meticulous - spotting things lesser recruiters would miss.
