Your All-Star Responsibilities

What Makes You a Top Draft Pick?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
- Experience as an infant teacher (highly preferred)
- Prepared to work during business hours (flexibility required)
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential OR college degree in:
- Early Childhood
- Child Development
- Related field
- Previous lead teacher experience in a preschool setting (a must)
- Strong classroom management skills (preferred)
