Join Nuffield Health as our Lead Technology Service Manager and help deliver reliable, high-quality technology services that support our mission to build a healthier nation. Working closely with senior leaders, stakeholders and technology squads, you'll lead service strategy within a business unit, drive continuous improvement and develop a high-performing team focused on outstanding service delivery.
As our Lead Technology Service Manager, you will:
- Partner with the Head of Technology Service to shape and influence service and support strategy.
- Act as the service management lead within a designated technology business unit.
- Lead service and support specialists to ensure service requirements are successfully embedded into solution design and delivery.
- Develop and implement service management standards, policies and processes.
- Provide meaningful reporting and insights, promoting the value and impact of service management across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis of current processes and identification of optimisation opportunities.
- Coach and develop service and support specialists, helping them deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Lead root cause analysis activities, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and preventative actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with squad and business leaders to prioritise and address service challenges.
- Champion a culture of accountability, performance and service excellence.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Significant experience in a senior IT Service Management, Service Delivery or Technology Support leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of service management frameworks, principles and best practice.
- Experience using data, insights and reporting to drive service improvements and business value.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on outcomes and customer experience.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within complex technology environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
