Lead UI/UX Full Stack Developer (React & .NET)

Location: Remote (UK-based) Salary: £70K – £80K Type: Full Time

Join the UK’s AI Innovation Leader!

Are you passionate about building world-class user experiences and leading-edge technology? We are the UK’s market leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for local government, and a Microsoft-sell partner. Our mission is to transform public services through AI-powered products that make a real difference, from AI Contact Centres and Staff Copilots to Social Care and Education sector solutions.

With a head office in Basingstoke, a delivery office in Leamington Spa, and a distributed team across the UK, we’re looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Full Stack Developer to drive new product development and provide technical leadership across our projects.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable full stack solutions using React, .NET (C#), and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product management, UX/UI design, and implementation specialists—to deliver exceptional user experiences. Architect and implement new product features and modules for web and mobile platforms. Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical excellence and best practices. Contribute to the integration of AI/ML and GenAI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into our products. Ensure accessibility, performance, and security across all solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations to enhance our product suite.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
