Senior Design Lead (Unified AI Product UX)

About BRAHMA AI

BRAHMA AI is building the end-to-end operating system for enterprise media content. BRAHMA AI Core integrates with enterprise systems to handle ingest, contextualisation, search, discoverability, governance, and distribution. BRAHMA AI Studio empowers creation via proprietary models: ATMAN, a high-fidelity digital human, and VAANI, an authentic voice.

We’re seeking a creative design leader who understands the full platform surface—how creative workflows in Studio align with Core patterns, how Core & Studio consolidate into a unified offering, how to craft a Hollywood-grade digital human creation journey, and how to integrate next-gen conversational UX—all while ensuring permissions, entitlements, and coherence across the product.

You’ll own unified design language, user experience, and generative AI tooling for the entire BRAHMA AI platform, balancing consistency, innovation, and technical depth as we redefine media creation with AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the unified design language for the BRAHMA AI platform, which runs Core (asset/media management) and Studio (generative content creation)—a single, AI-native experience.
  • Align cross-team designers with conflicting backgrounds, conventions, and viewpoints, ensuring they converge on the same vision without sacrificing their individual insights.
  • Raise and enforce the consistency bar:
    • Component reuse
    • Interaction patterns
    • Navigation
    • Empty/error states
    • Identify and resolve divergent resolutions to the same design problem.
  • Lead generative AI tooling design, including:
    • User journeys for photorealistic digital human creation (text → voice → video).
    • Prompt UX, asset management flows, training workflows, job queues, output review loops, and human-in-the-loop validation.
  • Define end-to-end platform journeys in a common UX language, bridging system and interface.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, VP leadership, and engineering, acting as the connective tissue between streams.
  • Build, document, and maintain a live design system: tokenised, current, and prioritised for adoption rather than stagnation.
  • Interface directly with customers when needed to surface real-world needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Must Haves

  • 8+ years in product design, with at least 3 years leading designers/teams to reconcile diverse perspectives.
  • Platform-scale experience: enterprise SaaS or creative tooling with multiple system interactions, deep workflows, and complex permissions—not just marketing or landing pages.
  • Hands-on design of generative AI tooling:
    • Proficiency in prompt UX, AI-driven workflows, output revision, job queue management, and human-guided AI.
    • Sharp awareness of settled vs. emerging gen-AI UX patterns.
  • Design system expertise: built/rebuilt token-based component systems and held consistency when teams sought shortcuts.
  • Leadership without authority:
    • Critiques colleagues’ work.
    • Mentors junior designers.
    • Sets direction but also ships code/figures when critical.
  • Exceptional attention to detail: notices inconsistencies (including typos like deleted/submitted vs. dropped/completed) and discharges them before anyone else remarks.
  • AI-informed workflows: Integrates Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools; balances AI augmentation with manual craft—not reliant on prompt engineering.
