- Up to £85,000 DOE + £10,000 welcome bonus

About the Role

We’re seeking a customised Lead Veterinary Surgeon (no standard playbook here!) to:
- Shape the next chapter of Easipetcare’s Chatham clinic
- Drive clinical standards while mentoring teams

Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and develop team alike (vets and nurses) as an inspiring clinical leader.

Clinical Excellence
- Manage a diverse caseload with demanding but itchy cases in four key disciplines.
- Create and embed meaningful Quality Improvement (QI) processes—it’s not just box-ticking.
Work/Life Mastery

- Only 1:3 Saturday mornings
- No out-of-hours
- Flexible hours—craft a routine that works for you.

Requirements
This is your dream role if:
- You’re an RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon or eligible for registration.
- Clinical confidence grows year on year—ready for telephone calls, medical assessments, and complex procedures (e.g., 100s of orthopaedics/year).
- Team-first: Enjoys mentoring and collaborative solutions—no solo rescue operator.
- Growth mindset: Skilfully grapples with feedback to expand expertise (e.g., progress in cardiology or advanced imaging).
