Key Responsibilities

Your core duties will include:

  • Assessing and treating patients with minor injuries/illnesses
  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care with up-to-date evidence
  • Performing nursing treatments, including:
    • Wound care and suture removal
    • ECGs and vaccinations
    • Phlebotomy
  • Participating in health screening and health promotion
  • Assessing clinical situations and taking appropriate action
  • Improving care standards via clinical audit, research, and education

Requirements

To excel in this role, we’re looking for:

  • A current Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration
  • A state-approved diploma or degree in Adult Nursing
  • Experience in Primary Care (training available for the right candidate)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT literacy
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and organise tasks
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
