About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deploy data-driven strategic processes to refine and implement Go To Market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, supply chain) to deliver product launches and business growth.
- Turn customer insights into practical commercial strategies.
- Lead the expansion of the workstation category, ensuring tailored solutions for key industries.
- Track market trends and leverage emerging technologies—particularly AI—to drive innovation.
Requirements
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8–10 years of experience in a relevant discipline—Sales, Product Management, or Business Development.
- Strong ability to make decisions using data analytics.
- A curious mindset, digital fluency, and a passion for innovation—we prioritise leadership attitude as much as expertise.
