Position Descriptor

The Wellbeing and Inclusion Coordinator works with the leadership team and staff to promote a positive, inclusive school environment. This hands-on, visible role builds strong, face-to-face connections with students, staff, and families, modelling effective engagement strategies and supporting social skills development. The coordinator supports students directly, engages with families, and connects those in need with external agencies. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a proactive commitment to student wellbeing are essential.
