What you will be doing This role leads the design, delivery, and embedding of leadership, people manager, and performance management development solutions across EMEA. It plays a critical role in building a high-performance culture by strengthening leadership capability, improving performance management quality, and driving consistent people management standards across markets. Working closely with the Head of Leader & Manager Development, L&D Business Partner, HRBPs, OD, and senior leaders, the role translates leadership and performance strategy into scalable, practical solutions that drive engagement, accountability, and results. It also champions DEI by fostering inclusive leadership and enabling managers to leverage diverse perspectives for stronger individual and team performance. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the role combines strategic programme ownership, hands-on design and facilitation, and strong stakeholder influence, without direct line management responsibility. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Performance Development Strategy Contribute to the EMEA-wide leader and manager development strategy. Shape and maintain capability frameworks that support a high-performance culture. Design and embed performance management solutions (in partnership with Reward), including SMART goal setting, continuous feedback, coaching, difficult conversations, and accountability. Ensure alignment with organisational values, culture, and HR priorities. Programme Design & Delivery Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership, manager, and performance programmes. Deliver scalable, blended solutions (workshops, VILT, digital learning, toolkits). Bring innovation and external best practice to solution design. Develop practical tools to enhance feedback, performance, and development conversations. Embed coaching approaches to strengthen day-to-day leadership. Align with L&D frameworks, including ROI and reporting standards. Continuously evolve programmes in line with business needs. Building a High-Performance Culture Drive consistent leadership and performance management standards across EMEA. Enable leaders to build psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-accountability teams. Establish and manage internal and external coaching networks. Use insights (e.g. 360 feedback, engagement, performance data) to shape interventions. Champion feedback-rich, coaching-led leadership practices. Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration Partner across L&D and build strong relationships with HRBPs, OD, and senior leaders. Act as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness and performance management. Collaborate with Leadership Senior Specialists to ensure portfolio alignment. Provide regular insights and updates to stakeholders (L&D LT, HRLT, EMEA Leadership Board). Operate as part of a highly collaborative team, sharing ownership, supporting peak demand, and ensuring continuity. Governance & Measurement Ensure consistent implementation and quality of leadership solutions. Define and track adoption, behavioural change, and performance impact. Balance EMEA consistency with local flexibility (80% core / 20% local). Manage external partners where required. #RicohEurope You will ideally have Knowledge, Skills & Experience Significant experience in developing innovative and measurable leadership development and performance management solutions within complex, matrixed multinational environments. Expertise in leveraging HRIS, LXP/LMS platforms and Power BI to enable scalable leader and manager development, including the creation of blended learning journeys, program reporting, analytics and dashboards. Deep understanding of leadership theory, adult learning, European DEI standards and modern L&D methodologies, including behavioural change approaches. Expertise and experience in coaching, facilitation, 360 assessments, leadership diagnostics and team development. Proven ability to translate leadership strategy into practical, actionable development solutions with clear learning objectives, measurable outcomes and ROI measures. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to create consistent leadership approaches across diverse markets while effectively addressing local needs. Experience managing external partners and delivering programs across multiple geographies. Qualifications Ideally successful candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development or Talent Management, or equivalent professional qualification. A strong grounding in adult learning, leadership development and organisational change. Coaching accreditation (ICF preferred). Psychometric tool expertise and accreditations advantageous. Business fluency in other European languages would be a distinct plus.
