Location: Heathrow (Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days home)

GROHE, part of LIXIL, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Leader, Marketing & Product Management to drive brand growth and commercial performance across the UK & Ireland. This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery across product management, category development, and marketing activation.
You will lead a talented team, shape market strategy, and ensure our product and marketing plans meet customer needs, commercial priorities, and global direction.
What You’ll Lead And Deliver
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management and Marketing Activation team
- Build a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture
- Set clear priorities and development plans
- Ensure strong resource planning and capability building
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver joint initiatives that strengthen market presence
- Partner with UK&I sales, operations, and European marketing & product teams
- Represent UK&I needs in regional and international forums

Product & Category Management
- Own the full product and category lifecycle for the UK&I market
- Lead new product introductions, launches, and portfolio optimisation
- Ensure the product offer meets customer and commercial needs
- Provide technical product understanding to internal and external stakeholders
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Direct category analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Use insights to shape pricing, product strategy, and marketing effectiveness
- Deliver regular reporting on product, category, and campaign performance
Marketing Activation
- Develop and execute customer-focused marketing activation plans
- Oversee brochures, point-of-sale (POS), displays, digital content, advertising, and email campaigns
- Lead ATL (Above-the-Line) brand awareness campaigns with central teams and agencies
- Guide events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Own local website content and ensure digital touchpoints meet brand standards
What You Bring

- Proven leadership experience
- Strong background in product management, category management, or marketing activation
- Experience across B2B and B2C channels, ideally within a manufacturer or supplier
- Strong analytical and commercial capability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Experience in a international matrix organisation
- Strong project management, prioritisation, and budget management skills
- Technical product understanding (advantageous)
