JOB TITLE: Leadership and Coaching Manager
SALARY: £61,344 - £68,160
LOCATIONS: Bristol and Leeds
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN:
Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
What you'll be doing
The Leadership and Coaching Manager plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining Lloyds Banking Group's leadership and coaching culture.
The role combines the creation, delivery and ongoing program management of internal leadership and coaching solutions. We are looking for an experienced coach and leadership development professional who holds significant subject matter expertise and is able to consult on a broad range of leadership and coaching solutions. The role will manage the LBG coaching faculty, key suppliers and relationships and provide SME knowledge for key coaching projects. Alongside specialist knowledge we are looking for a highly organised and proficient individual who thinks systemically and can ensure solutions are embedded across the broader leadership development agenda, driving cultural change for our leaders and beyond.
Key Accountabilities:
- Shape leadership growth through impactful coaching and development experiences.
- Managing coaching faculty by bringing expertise and experience in coaching practice and delivery.
- Own a strategic portfolio of coaching and leadership initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Grow coaching capability by leading and evolving our internal and external coaching faculty.
- Manage coaching partnerships to ensure quality, value and alignment to business needs.
- Influence senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into development solutions.
- Drive innovation through AI-enabled coaching and emerging leadership practices.
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality solutions, build capability and achieve lasting impact.

What we're looking for?
- ICF level 1 Coach training with a minimum of 200 hours coaching.
- Proven experience in coaching, leadership development or organisational development within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong people leadership capability, with experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in coaching practice (including contracting, ethics, and evaluation).
- Experience designing and delivering leadership or development programmes at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
- Ability to think systemically, translating business needs into integrated solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how leadership drives performance.
