About The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of Talent and Development programmes and services by providing comprehensive administrative, systems, and operational support across a range of learning initiatives. Acting as a key point of contact, the role involves coordinating learning activities, managing Learning Management System (LMS) records, maintaining accurate training and financial data, and supporting the effective use of learning technologies.
The post holder will analyse and report on programme data, administer evaluation processes, oversee external learning tools, and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, including GDPR. In addition, the role supports budget management, supplier administration, and the delivery of online and face-to-face learning events, helping to ensure a high-quality experience for learners and stakeholders across the organisation.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can provide efficient administrative and systems support across a range of learning and development activities.
- You will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, effectively managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to respond to queries professionally, build positive working relationships, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
- A positive, can-do attitude is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- You will be confident using technology and data systems, committed to maintaining compliance and accuracy, and motivated to contribute to the successful delivery of programmes and services.
