Full-time | Remote with regular UK travel | HQ: Midlands

We’re Fuel Learning, the leading provider of high-impact leadership and management development, delivered through apprenticeship and commercial programmes. We work with some of the UK’s best-known employers to create confident, capable leaders at every level, focusing on practical skills that create measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and business outcomes.

We’re growing and we’re looking for an outstanding facilitator to join our team.

What the role involves:

You'll design and deliver leadership programmes for experienced professionals across multiple industries. You’ll bring theory to life and create a challenging, practical learning environment where people feel stretched and supported.

You will:

  • Facilitate dynamic workshops that use accelerated learning principles to embed deep understanding
  • Deliver across employer sites, our Fuel venues and using virtual platforms like Zoom and Teams; we need consistently excellent delivery across all settings
  • Work in partnership with coaches and internal teams to create a joined-up participant experience
  • Contribute to programme design and updates based on participant feedback and industry changes. Your first-hand experience will inform decisions about content and delivery methods. We expect you to be part of shaping what we do, not just delivering it.
  • Regular UK travel and overnight stays are standard. We handle all logistics so you can focus on delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for:

You’re a facilitator who lights up the room with your presence. You have a proven track record, not just a trainer or presenter, but someone who can truly facilitate learning. That means you know how to read the room, flex your approach, challenge thinking, and connect the dots between lived experience and leadership models.

You’ll need:

  • A strong background in leadership and management. You’ve led teams, made tough calls and understand the challenges modern managers and leaders face
  • Significant facilitation experience, ideally in varied environments such as operational, frontline leadership, through to complex, matrix-style corporate environments
  • A real commitment to reflective practice and CPD as you’ll be expected to drive your own development and contribute to the team’s development
  • The ability to adapt content for various organisational contexts and create engaging and inclusive sessions that reflect the diverse industries and people we work with
  • A working knowledge of the principles of accelerated learning and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table
