Leadership Development Partner Opportunity

Are you in a stage of your career where you desire entrepreneurial freedom and independence while being part of a like-minded network of professionals offering community, shared mission and values, and continual learning?

Do you enjoy business development and helping develop leaders and organisations to reach their full potential?

Do you want to build your own scalable leadership development business with a proven system for success?

If your answer is YES to all the above, this opportunity might be for you.

Our Mission

"Changing the world, one leader at a time."

You may already be running your own training/consulting/coaching business and would value a partnership that brings international, high-calibre credibility to help you grow.

The Role

The Leadership Development Partner role presents an entrepreneurial opportunity in the UK. You must be currently or imminently UK-based; this is a self-employed opportunity, not a fixed-salary job.

You’ll combine the sales and business development mindset of an entrepreneur with a passion for leadership development, facilitation, and coaching, using LMI’s proven, time-tested process: The Total Leader®. This framework has transformed leaders and organisations worldwide for 60+ years.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
