Leadership Development & Coaching Partner

£65,000 | Onsite – 5 days | White City, London

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting high-growth fintech businesses to appoint a Leadership Development & Coaching Partner in a truly unique, high-impact role.

This is not a traditional L&D position and not a consulting-style coaching role. This is an embedded, hands-on opportunity where you’ll sit at the heart of the business, working shoulder-to-shoulder with managers in a fast-paced, sales-led environment—shaping leadership capability in real time.

If you’re someone who thrives in high-performance cultures, enjoys challenging senior stakeholders, and wants to directly influence business performance through people, this role offers the platform to make a genuine impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll work directly with managers across the UK business—from first-time leaders through to regional heads—helping them build high-performing teams, drive accountability, and lead with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
