Leadership & Growth Consultant (Remote) – For Senior Hospitality Leaders Transitioning from Operations

Nine2Thrive partners with individuals seeking meaningful personal and professional growth through leadership development and mindset-focused programmes. Through digital learning, live training, and a global network, we equip people with practical tools to elevate performance, leadership capability, and long-term direction.

We are seeking a Leadership & Growth Consultant, specifically aligned to senior hospitality professionals ready to transition from operational leadership into a remote, people-focused role.

If you’ve held positions such as Hotel General Manager, Operations Director, Regional Manager, Head of Guest Experience, Food & Beverage Director, or Cluster Manager, you already understand leadership, performance, and delivering results through people.

This role allows you to apply those strengths in a different setting. One that is fully remote, structured, and not dependent on long hours, physical presence, or constant operational pressure. It is not purely a coaching role. It combines consultative sales, client engagement, and relationship management making it well suited to leaders who are commercially aware and experienced in driving both people performance and business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
