Senior Insurance Research & Strategy Leader – Move from London to Bermuda!
Are you an experienced insurance professional with 15+ years' experience looking to influence the future direction of the insurance industry? This is one of those roles where your research has real-world impact, directly informing policy decisions and strategic initiatives across the global (re)insurance market.

- Identify emerging risks facing the global (re)insurance market
- Lead market-wide research
- Deliver insights that will directly influence policy decisions and long-term industry initiatives
Key Responsibilities
The work is broad, intellectually challenging, and constantly evolving. You’ll explore topics including:
- Financial stability
- Stress testing
- Climate and geopolitical risks
- Market trends
- The resilience of the global (re)insurance sector
In this role, you’ll:
- Work with senior stakeholders across the industry
- Help shape thinking on some of the biggest challenges facing the market today
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee major strategic projects
- Set the direction of the research and strategy team

Requirements
They’re looking for someone with:
- 15+ years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Solid exposure to insurance/market research (e.g., from rating agencies)
- Exceptional analytical and research skills
- Experience leading teams
- A deep understanding of the insurance market
- The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior audiences
