Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Use established systems and technology to create meaningful professional engagement opportunities
  • Conduct initial conversations to assess fit and guide suitable candidates through structured discovery processes
  • Manage self-directed workflows—communications, follow-ups, and all related activities in an organised and efficient way
  • Participate in regular mentoring, training, and collaborative learning, while deepening your own leadership skills
  • Stay normative with innovation, confidently leverage technology, and uphold ethics, compliance, and professional standards in all interactions
