Role Overview We are seeking a success-driven, self-directed individual who demonstrates a genuine passion for personal growth and leadership development. In this role, you will maintain a professional presence while providing leadership and guidance to others. You will work within an established framework to engage with individuals seeking personal and professional development, share relevant information with those who express interest, and support them through the process. This role follows a flexible, results-focused engagement model with autonomy over how work is structured, as a performance-based role. Key Responsibilities Engage in outreach and visibility activities across multiple platforms, including social media (training provided) Connect with interested individuals and support them through the information-sharing process Provide clear information about the organization’s personal development programs and services Manage multiple professional relationships simultaneously Collaborate with other professionals aligned with shared development goals Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities What Is Offered Fully remote engagement using your laptop and phone Flexibility in how and when work is structured Involvement in the personal growth and leadership development space Global reach to align with preferred working time blocks One-on-one mentoring with ongoing training and support Opportunities for continuous professional, personal, and leadership development A supportive, growth-focused professional environment The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting others in their growth journey Who You Are Have a proven track record as a high performer Are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and growth-focused Possess strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Have a genuine desire to support others while continuing to develop personally Are comfortable working independently If you are passionate about supporting personal and professional growth and are interested in a role that offers flexibility within a leadership development environment, this role may align with your interests.
