United Media specialises in building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have launched 8 media companies organically and acquired one:

The Opportunity

As part of our Leadership Program, you will run, grow, and manage all aspects of United Media, including:

  • Building and leading a world-class team
  • Ensuring the successful execution of conferences and brand strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Development: Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team
  • Product Innovation: Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products
  • Performance Management: Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide detailed feedback and evaluations
  • Execution & Growth: Drive rapid-paced execution of company strategy
  • Brand Leadership: Position the company as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking
  • Conference Oversight: Manage planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets
  • Task Assignment & Oversight: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met
  • Business Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow existing businesses and collaborate on new client acquisition

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in high-paced environments such as:
    • Management consulting
    • Investment banking
    • Top-tier corporate roles
    • Start-ups
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with exceptional results, ideally complemented by an MBA
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong commercial awareness and business passion
  • Communication & Leadership: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Visa Compliance: Must hold a UK, EU, or US work permit
