Leadership Rotation Network (LRN) Program
As a participant in our yearlong middle and back-office rotation program, referred to internally as our Leadership Rotation Network (LRN), you’ll begin your journey with our immersive onboarding experience. This will reinforce your knowledge of market fundamentals, equipping you for the dynamic rotations that follow. Additionally, it offers an invaluable opportunity to build strong relationships with your fellow cohort members and integrate into the wider LRN community.
Following onboarding, you will rotate through up to three targeted middle and/or back-office teams such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash and Business Management. Upon successful program completion, you will earn a post-LRN role on one of the participating middle/back-office teams with the aim of alignment between both your career aspirations and DRW’s business needs.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and a foundation of how our trading functions work together cohesively

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
