Leakage Technician

Join a Leading Water Utilities Company

We are recruiting for Leakage Technician’s to work on leak detection projects within the water industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in utilities and water network operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detect and locate leaks using specialist equipment:
    • Correlator
    • Pipe Tracer
    • Ground Microphone
    • Listening Stick
  • Assist repair teams by providing accurate leak detection data
  • Complete all paperwork accurately:
    • Time sheets
    • Survey forms
    • Leak details

Responsibilities

Leakage Technician Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in leakage detection within the water industry (essential)
  • EUSR Water Hygiene qualification
  • Unit 2 Street Works qualification
  • Experience in:
    • Step Testing (desirable)
    • Trunk Mains (desirable)
    • Validation (desirable)
    • Seepage (desirable, but not essential)
