Position: Pizzaiolo - PIZZA CHEF EXPERIENCE NEEDED*
As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you'll be the heartbeat of our pizzeria, mastering the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza in our bustling kitchen.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Stretching & crafting Neapolitan pizzas to Rudy’s high standards
- Operating the oven with confidence, precision, and pride
- Maintaining station prep and ensuring consistent quality throughout shifts
- Following Rudy’s recipes, techniques, and strict standards
- Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety regulations daily
- Collaborating with the kitchen team for a positive shift atmosphere

What Rudy's Needs
- Pizza chef experience (preferably Neapolitan, but not mandatory)
- A deep passion for Neapolitan pizza and commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to work quickly, accurately under pressure—with enthusiasm!
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication and the ability to stay calm in fast-paced settings
