At MBC, we continue to grow and are currently looking for a Lean Process Expert to join an exciting short-term project.

We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Lean Process Expert / Business Process Improvement Consultant to support a 2-month project focused on improving and optimizing the client onboarding process within an international financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess and analyze the current onboarding process to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and process redesign activities. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks. Apply Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to streamline workflows. Develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Define process KPIs and success metrics where appropriate. Prepare documentation, findings, and improvement roadmaps.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Lean Process Expert, Process Improvement Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies. Experience analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a short-term engagement. Professional level of English. Previous experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or B2B environments is highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent). Experience improving customer onboarding or client lifecycle processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments. Customer-oriented approach and attention to detail.
