We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
We have an exciting new opportunity within our Downham Market campus for an LSO supervisor. The key responsibilities of this role are to lead, support and supervise the Learning Support Officer (LSO) team in delivering high-quality educational, social and emotional support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other additional needs. The postholder will coordinate daily support arrangements, promote inclusive practice, monitor standards of provision, and work collaboratively with teaching staff, families and external agencies to ensure pupils achieve their full potential.
