Your future, as a Learning Activation Specialist at mydentist The role is permanent and full-time A flexible hybrid role ideally based in our Academy in Manchester City Centre, 2-3 days per week Occasional travel will be required with the role, with an additional annual car allowance included An exciting role to support and evolve the role of the Practice Manager and Heads of Departments by activating, embedding, and evaluating Leadership & Management propositions. Your future, your benefits Holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays) Annual Support Centre bonus scheme Health and well-being benefits, including a virtual GP service and Employee Assistance Programme helpline, which includes free counselling sessions Access to fantastic discounts at cinemas, major retail brands, restaurants, and coffee chains - simple and easy to access, making it possible to save hundreds of pounds a year Recognition schemes, including Support Centre Heroes and service awards Your future, your role As a Learning Activation Specialist, you’ll be: Implementing Leadership & Management propositions and learning experiences, ensuring they are aligned to the mydentist values, are well‑framed, effectively executed, and aligned to organisational strategies and plans Leading the facilitation of virtual, face‑to‑face, and digital learning sessions, using creative methods, tools, and platforms to deliver high‑impact learning experiences for Practice Manager and Heads of Department learners Driving the development and implementation of upskilling and reskilling across the organisation, ensuring each programme is targeted to the appropriate audience Promoting knowledge‑sharing and peer learning across teams and functions Championing people-centric learning approaches, ensuring all interventions reinforce our People Experience and support a positive, high-performance culture. Building, nurturing, and managing a strong stakeholder network across the organisation Partnering with stakeholders to define clear pathways, ensuring new skills are embedded and applied on the job Empowering and coaching stakeholders and learners through change initiatives that support sustained behaviour change Demonstrating a strong understanding of performance design processes and tools, drawing on these to inform learning solution design Delivering end‑to‑end learning solutions for each assigned project, collaborating with the Pathway Lead and SMEs to agree on the optimal approach for creating or updating content You'll have: Extensive leadership development and sales-based training expertise, with a strong track record of delivering and executing learning solutions across complex organisations and diverse operational settings Experience designing and delivering digital, face‑to‑face, virtual, and blended learning for varied and senior stakeholder groups Built and sustained effective learning communities that drive ongoing engagement, collaboration, and capability growth Experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with SMEs to ensure all learning content remains accurate, current, and aligned with legal and compliance requirements Proven ability to successfully navigate and deliver challenging Leadership and Management and Sales Programmes within complex organisational environments Designed and executed creative, high‑impact learning campaigns and multi‑channel marketing initiatives to drive engagement and adoption Strong understanding of learning needs, behaviours, and attributes across diverse and complex audiences Clear, confident, and engaging facilitation and communication skills Enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately helping the nation smile.
