To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.

- Manage learning content, courses, programmes and curricula within Workday Learning.
- Coordinate learning deployment, scheduling and communications.
- Manage First Aid learning activities and compliance requirements.
- Resolve complex learner queries and operational issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance and adherence to service standards.
Core Accountability 2: Service Quality, Monitoring & Governance
- Monitor learning activity performance and learner engagement.
- Produce and maintain reporting, dashboards and management information.
- Support learning governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Core Accountability 3: Continuous Improvement, Implementation & Business Support
- Identify and implement improvements to learning processes, systems and learner experiences.
- Use learner feedback, operational data and business insight to enhance service delivery.
- Support the implementation of learning initiatives, programmes, academies and change projects.
- Contribute to testing, adoption and optimisation of new learning technologies and processes.
- Provide operational insight and recommendations to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to simplify processes, improve efficiency and deliver a seamless learner experience.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience of Learning Operations and Workday Learning administration.
- Learning governance, compliance and reporting expertise in Excel and PowerBI.
- Service management and customer-focused delivery mindset.
- Data analysis, monitoring and performance reporting.
- Continuous improvement and process optimisation capability.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
