About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to oversee and support the team in learning and Development. Ensuring efficient service delivery and highly organised support across our L&D Function. This role is a 12 Month Fixed term Contract.
As the administrative support to the Learning and Development team your role would include scheduling, managing, and reporting on all aspects of deploying learning and training initiatives, both digital and facilitator-led, and LMS management. Your support will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the L&D function, enhancing both team performance and overall service delivery.
This role is a hybrid working pattern but is 4 days in the office including Fridays and Mondays to support L&D facilitation.
Your duties will also include:
- Coordinating with facilitators/trainers (both internal and external) to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials to run learning/training sessions.
- Scheduling and managing groups/teams/programme cohorts.
- Support the L&D team and their projects by providing administrative assistance (e.g. room set up, ordering materials, printing).
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and completion in our LMS (Workday) alongside writing and sending communications, to learners (invitations, reminders, confirmations).
- Answering and resolving technical issues related to the LMS system via our HelpDesk.
About You
You will have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously alongside the ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization. You will have a background in administration and experience managing a varied workload.

You will also be:
- A self-starter, with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Detail-orientated and thrive on being organised and executing on tasks.
- A reliable pair of hands, who can work as part of a team and independently.
- Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and co-ordination of training/events.
