Job Title: Learning and Assessment Officer
Location: Bracknell/Hybrid
Working Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £31,110 per annum

About The Role
As our Learning and Assessment Officer, you will provide training, support, guidance, and assessment to learners completing their training and assessment with CIOB from registration to certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and providing a holistic review of progress in relation to learning aims, including progress within the workplace, and personal development objectives.
- Fully supporting end to end tutorial, mentoring, and pastoral support along with feedback to employers.
- Facilitating successful outcomes for all teaching, learning, and assessment activities.
- Working autonomously at times, using specialist qualifications and experience associated with all learning and assessment activities whilst supporting learning coaches and maintaining quality to ensure the highest standards are maintained to remain compliant with the conditions for being on the Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register (APAR).

- Experience of vocational and higher education.
- Teaching qualification e.g. PGCE, PTTLs, AET preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to exceed expectations.
- Competent IT skills to operate effectively and efficiently within the role, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook & Excel), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/database experience (Data inputting, updating, and extracting reports), virtual learning environments (such as Moodle).
- Experience of successful team working, showing flexibility and determination to meet challenging goals.
- Able to work on own initiative, organise and prioritise own workload, and ability to work with deadlines in sometimes pressurised environments.
- Completing learner onboarding ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Demonstratable excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at various levels of seniority.
- Knowledge of systems and processes used in the education environment.
